The Templar class in this game is the most muddled class in the game. I think that the problem with Templar is that it dilutes healing with offensive skills. They need a really strong Priest healer class that is focused on magical and physical healing and "divine strength" so that people can be stamina or magicka focused, or a mix, depending on how they want to play. They would provide healing and defensive and offensive buffs to allies and curses/debuffs to enemies rather than doing direct class-based DPS. Direct damage would come from weapons instead of offensive direct-damage class skills.
Aside from that, what I think of classes today is mostly that they are all trying to be the same thing. We have four largely magic-based offensive combat classes that use magicka, and more recently stamina, as the basis for their magical abilities. Before ZOS adds any new classes, they really need to sit down and clarify the roles, abilities, and properties of each class. Edit: with 4 classes, these should be mostly not overlapping in abilities and properties.
In most fantasy worlds, necromancer would be executed if he walked into the city. Is ES lore different in this? Like necromancy is legit thing?

No, especially right now that the world's biggest necromancer, Mannimarco, is wrecking havoc in Tamriel. A Necromancer would have a hard time staying alive and free right now.

There are actually quite a few arguments in the lore for necromancy not always being a terrible thing. Also, like vampires and werewolves, only an idiot would walk into town with a pack of shambling undead and say, "No worries folks! I'm just here to knock back a few ales at the tavern! I'm a good and friendly necromancer so have no fear!" Short of seeing your cahracter in action raising and controlling the dead, there's no way for anyone to KNOW they are a necromancer.
