Just watched tonight's "We are ESO" Stream, and I wanted to give a quick shout out to @ZOS_RichLambert, and the rest of the dev team.
You guys catch a lot of flack sometimes, and people love to bastardize the dev team, but you should know that there are plenty of players out there who love and appreciate the ridiculous amount of work you guys put in every day of every week making this game great.
There are so many outspoken, rage-filled people on here and in the streams that the voices of those who want to be helpful and constructive often get drowned out. The thing to remember is that the only reason those negative, berating people are so aggressive is because you've created something that they, and the rest of us, have come to love and develop a deep, unrelenting passion for this game. That passion gets the better of us sometimes.
In short, I just want to commend you all for taking your passion and building something that the rest of us can get so passionate about. ESO has been, and likely will be for quite some time, my #1 (free) time sink.
All I can say to you for that, is thank you. It's good to know that the people behind my favorite pastime are listening to what I have to say. It's truly an amazing thing when you have some of a game's top players together having a discussion and they can look at the audience and say "ZOS is watching this".
So to ZOS:
On behalf of those of us that feel as though we've been drowned out; Thank you for this game, and everything you've done trying to keep this incredibly complex and diverse player base happy and engaged. Thank you for never ceasing your efforts at making it even better since launch. Thank you for continuing to listen to us, despite the negativity you face.

And to the players of ESO:
If you want your opinion, suggestion, or idea to be heard; Turn off your caps lock, keep away from that exclamation mark key, and remember to be constructive in your discussions. They mean it when they say they're listening, and they're working harder than you'll ever know, so try to cut them some slack before you rage.

✭✭✭Like I always say, no one would be here without the hard work of the men and women of ZOS. Constructive criticism is a great thing. Even showing frustration at times isn't crossing any lines when remaining respectful. But if you disrespect the people, the devs, and you're still logging in and playing after all this time, you're a clown.

Well what do you expect? Magica sorcs were completely sissy. And quite frankly they're still sissies in my opinion hiding behind shields. I say lift up a male magica sorcs dress and let's see those red Valentine's Day panties.
As far as stam sorc goes, guys like Fengrush have been very successful for a very long time as stam sorc. Definitely Under Armour performance boxer briefs there.Edited by Publius_Scipio on February 7, 2016 8:07AM2 -

And they work more than 5x8 on a regular basis? Where does that come from? I don't mean the ones making buku bucks, I mean the run of the mill dev.

aLi3nZ✭✭✭✭Go have a cry about your stam sourc. Yeah zos said you can play the classes any way you want. They never said a stam sourc will be able to kill better than a mag sourc or stam nb in pvp. You can play the stam sourc for fun in the game don't criticize zos for not catering to your choice. Sourc is mag class. Nb can go either way, it is how it is. Deal with it. Let's hope zos can prioritise things that matter like pvp lag.1

✭I'd love if it was true what you say, but often when something goes wrong, we don't even get proper info, because there are "off hours" at ZOS. Go ask in WoW for a stamina sorcerer. Or a sorcerer that wears any heavy armour.
Go ask in Guild Wars 2 for a stamina sorcerer.
Oh. That's right. You can't. Because most MMO's won't allow anything outside of a magic using sorcerer. Zenimax have been very good with allowing freedom of choice on classes and builds. You most certainly can play any way you want. But did they say that any build that you think of will destroy everyone else? No. They did not. Not even slightly.
So go ahead and throw your toys out of the pram because you think Zenimax owes it to you to cater to every single thing that you want.
Some have made it work, but some haven't. If you're going to go against the grain of things like sorcerer being magic based, don't expect to always be pandered to.

I suspect that they added them so as to give a more "Elder Scrolls" feel of freedom to it. You most certainly can do it, but again they never said a niche build would dominate did they? They didn't promise that anything you do will work, did they?
If you want to be a stamina sorcerer, all power to you. But if you want to run a character, when even in the lore of the world sorcerers use magic to do things, don't expect to dominate. Because at the end of the day, your build is up to you and not Zenimax. You can see what passives do what. You can see what class abilities run off which resources. In the future, they may make more sorcerer abilities morph to run off stamina as opposed to magic. Who can say?
But acting in a petulant way won't bring that faster, nor will it make your build any more viable.

i think you can ASK those gome developers for changes too and just like Zenimax they will ignore their community
but most MMO's dont take 2 years to fix bugs and most MMO take game breaking performance issues seriously.
