After playing some Skyrim while doing some upgrades with my ISP I noticed a skill that seemed very beneficial. I went to the last vigil on the eastern border of Skyrim and slashed at my enemy however he had a heavy armor perk called "Reflect Blows". This passive has a 10% chance to reflect the attack at an enemy as long as the character is wearing full heavy armor.

Not only is this a way to buff heavy armor but it could also add a defense against the one/two shot builds.

Here's my suggestion for the passive to be added to the heavy armor tree.

• 5%/10% chance to reflect melee attack damage while wearing a full set of heavy armor (7/7).
• 50%/100% chance to reflect stealth melee attack damage while wearing a full set of heavy armor (7/7).

I know that this suggestion won't bode well with the folks that like one shot builds from stealth in PvP but it does give a buff to heavy armor which is much needed.

Here is a video of the skill in action. While in Legendary difficulty it's OP as hell I feel it could be tailored to ESO appropriately with some adjustments.
