Vampire Dragon Knight? Any tips?

I've been thinking of making a vampire character as I have yet to play one, what I wanted to go with was a Dunmer Dragon Knight. Just wanted to know what would be the best armor type/skills etc. Any info at all would be helpful. Also is it best to feed or just let the character progress to stage four?

Xargomir✭To answer one of your questions: Expect to be a stage 4 vampire all of the time (cheap bat swarm). Feeding is next to impossible in non open-world PVE due to massive detection radius on PvP guards, and the inability to feed upon non humans.0 -
