So with the TG update coming, will I be able to enjoy running my magicka DK once again?

    You can run it right now, Magicka DK is amazing in DPS and will be further buffed with TG.
    I can even reach and sometimes beat Overload Spam DPS with mine (30k+ on Bosses).

    Magicka DK is currently very solid in 1vX thanks to skills like Draw Essence, but most people only care about 1v1.

    Never died to a mag dk this patch 1v1. Even XvX its only a utility build.

    My saying "most people only care about 1v1" was an acknowledgement that Magicka DK can lack in 1v1 situations. However when built correctly, due to the nature of skills like Draw Essence and AOEs in general giving more bang for your buck against multiple targets. There are Heavy Armor Vampire DK builds that are much better at taking on groups than they are at 1v1 fights. It's not a utility build, it more of an AOE build if anything.

    Is anyone actually okay with the Draw Essence NERF? I run around and grind with my magicka dk running barely any sustain thanks to how Draw Essence is NOW... With thieves guild magicka return will be based on enemies hit and not damage done. Now sure how nobody has cracked the whip at this. Not happy Jan!

    I don't play with my DK for a very long time, since I converted her from tank to DPS. Any suggestions for an updated build? PvE mostly but also for some PvP if possible
