After spending over 40 hours trying to download this game, I try and log in and it says I need an access code. Problem is, I NEVER GET IT.
I made a customer support ticket and all I got was an automated response and my ticket was automatically marked as 'solved', which is rubbish.
Please actually help me with this issue.
