Should they get rid of the butt flaps for most armors?

Well this is to comman on every armor I would like to see some armors not do this butt flap thing.
I admit I made this thread to see what people feel about them, and do they hinder your experience?

I would like to be able to hide certain armor pieces - just like it is possible with the helmet. Most arm cops are just awfully hovering above the shoulder, that does not look nice at all and those hip flaps are to me much more annoying that those on the butt. And then the knee cops, even worse. i would like to be able to hide all these hovering armor parts.

those everlasting "flaps" have always been a thorn in my sight too , since "day two" of ESO, tbh...

I agree with Lysette, you should be able to hide/unhide any piece or armor.

fortunately there are a few costumes, but you can't dye them..

I would love to see a black sexy leather costume (leggings, tank top, sandals/boots?) plus a few similar choices for the Dark Brotherhood DLC...

If they could just make the hip and butt flaps toggle on and off I would be happy. Of course, I would have them all off, all the time! In full light armor I think they look ridiculous on me and their constant floating and flapping really looks badly designed.
Also Wouldn't mind being able to hide helm, shoulders and gloves the same as gw2. Thankfully at least we have helm option cause I don't like any of them in this game. Some light shoulders and gloves pretty much look hidden already because of their subtle styles but I just feel too locked into certain styles for the sake of still being able to enjoy my character's appearance, and with a game that doesn't have a transmog or transmutation system this is so, so frustrating!
I spent ages on my character's creation so I can see her.

I want them to get rid of those enormous HIP flaps on Light armor, or are are those considered butt flaps?!? The female characters have much smaller hip flaps but the men, those flaps are HUGE and quite annoying to look at- especially since they 'float' in the air and don't even appear attached to the armor. If they can't make it look good, and I can't see how anyone would think giant floating hip flaps look good, then they should be removed!!

Hip flaps , but flaps , football style shoulder pads all should go. Replace with capes
