Argonian Resistance: Increased the maximum health bonus from this passive ability to 3/6/9% at Ranks I/II/III from 2/4/6%.

THIS is all you can think of to balance races? a high elves magicka boost alone gives them enough extra damage to burn through this bonus in one hit :/
Until something is done to make health worth something this is just crap.

    They REALLY need to get rid of Swim speed. It's such a wasted passive.

    so remove it and keep the potion passive. same deal the swim speeds is a secondary buff with a useless skill. the swimspeed doesn't skill with points invested so the passive itself isn't the problem. can't you see this?

    @LOVE I believe I saw in the PTS Patch Note thread that this was fixed for PTS. It wasn't said explicitly but it's due to something else that was in the patch notes that fixed it.. apparently. No idea if it worked or not, but maybe something to investigate :)

    Hey, I like my swim speed!

    But seriously though - it's not that it's a wasted passive - it's just that it makes no real difference to anything. Whatever balancing may happen to the other passive skills, you might as well keep the swim speed if only for the sake of the lore.

    Yeah. My hope is that they fix racials so that some of them can be dropped, and others picked up. I would like to drop the Khajiit regen one and have the Breton 10% magicka one... Cause I'm a magicka build and all the khajeeti racials are useless but I still love my Kitten.

    Well they are for tanks. Not effin healers like 99.999999999999% of argonians picked. Youcould make a mean tank build with its passives and a few sets. Notahealer. Like making a orc magika healer

    Health as a stat just needs love from their balance team. Magicka and Stamina play double duty, yet health still costs the same for the same result. There's only 3 skills that actually scale with health, and they don't scale particularly well either, and are still reliant upon magicka/stamina pool to be used. I think if they could resolve this issue, it would make +health on races a lot more interesting again, as it should be. Argonians are not the only race that this harms. Nords, Imperials, and Orcs have this problem as well.

    My opinion for Argonians has always been in the minority. I was fine with them before, and now I'm just as fine with the health bonus... My Argonian DK healer outheals some templars. Sure, a magicka racial passive would be handy, but it's not necessary to make a great build.
