Differences in Loot Between Safebox Difficulties?

There doesn't seem any correlation to me - broadly just get the same green items with an odd blue regardless of difficulty. Has anyone noticed this?

I agree. Sometimes I feel like I'm more likely to get a blue item (or 2!) from intermediate lock difficulty safeboxes than advanced or master ones.0 -
