What became stronger in the TG patch..... DPS or HPS ?

My main is a NB Siphoning Tank and I am just levelling a Sorc (now Vet 3) to grind Maelstrom,
so I am not that good for judging in depth the overall effect of the patch for all classes.
But I get the impression that HPS is tweaked down
Any thoughts ?
