Has there been any word when these are coming to the crown store? A while back on Reddit during an AUA (Ask Us Anything) they said yes, but I haven't seen any updates.

    Ok, not so bad. I am super eager for this, can't stand deleting characters when I get new ideas.

    Same here, eagerly awaiting the character slot options, I have a few more ideas for characters I'd like to testdrive, but just cannot bring myself to delete any of my eight... so I will remember that patience is a virtue, and await the coming of character slots!

    More character slots would be awesome. :) Also name change please... and barbershop... because I dislike having to delete and recreate after making a character if I'm unhappy with the way they look in-game. D:

    Character recustomization options are coming, they said so in their Year Ahead...
    Longer term, expect to see information about systems like a character customization shop so you can change your character's gender, appearance, name, etc., player housing, and other systems that we'll announce in the future. We'll have much more information about all of these as the year progresses.
    So, by all accounts it'll happen sometime After the Dark Brotherhood DLC, meaning Q3 or later.
    Which is something of a letdown... seeing as there are so many details some of us want to adjust on their characters... a hand shape here, a hip shape there, a namechange here, a voice change there...
    ...and we'd like to be able to fix those...

    They will making serious $$$ on me alone! I am a quite extreme altoholic, and I hate being limited to only 8 slots. I only have 7 filled now, but only because I am "afraid" to use the last, in case I suddenly get another idea later.

    Yea I just deleted a long-term character that I didn't play much but had 60/60/60 in mount upgrades. A bit rough but her story ended making new light for another's journey =)

    I'm 8/8 with 3-4 new characters just WAITING to be made.

    We better not get a set amount with DB but get to buy as many as we want! I want at least 12 characters!

    You know what I could work 12!! I like your thinking. I only have one imperial and would like to play around with another for fun, but I bought the digital upgrade so only available on my home server, which stinks!!

    So long we have waited, so patiently. Deleting our beloved characters because we love the game and want to start new. We LIKE starting over ZOS, cant you see?!

    Even though we have done it one hundred times, we will do it one hundred more. Its heartbreaking to look at your list of 8 characters and have to choose which one gets the delete-sentence.

    You know we will pay you absurd amounts of money for this feature, give us more slots and we will give you more money. Please for the love of our perfectly made dont want to delete but must because we just have to make another damn character, GIVE US THE SLOTS!!!!!!!

    PREACH Vyle!!! The wailing prison holds a special place in my heart! I never get tired of it! Same routine, get character to level six and have them a nice armor/clothing set ready to go. Aside from being an altoholic, I'm also a craftoholic!

    Same!!! I love crafting, though mine dont get good armor til 10 ;) haha! If a character makes it past lvl 7 without getting deleted (seems to be my "death number") then at 10 they can get new fancy stuff!
