tpanisiakb16_ESO✭✭✭✭My friend remarked that, as far as the new dress goes, the "costume comes with 300lbs". This is the new dress on Khajiit:
For those not getting it, the dress makes the upper bodies much to large and grotesque with the dress worn. It's pretty funny, but I don't think is the intended result.

I'd totally wear it on one of my male characters if there was a possibility of wearing it with some tights.
This would probably be better; the top just has an incredibly nice lavish detailed look to it, it just feels much nicer to look at. I'll admit I wasn't for it on the female chars, but if you ignore the dress bit at the bottom then it almost looks like it was made for that Argonian I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
