High Elf Sorcerer DPS/Healing build help

Hello community,

I'm new to the Elder Scrolls Online, and new to MMO games this big. I've decided to go for sorcerer after my templar got defeated together with a veteran group against a solo sorcerer. My aim is to become as good as a PVP sorcerer but for now I want to create a good PVE sorcerer (Probably going solo alot to level faster). I've searched for countless of guides and video's but so far I didn't really found what I'm looking for, so I take my chance on the forum.

Currently, I'm level 17. Using my first bar for Flame Deconstruction Staff and my second bar for Healing Staff.

I'm looking for something like this:

First bar: Deconstruction Staff. Bar for high DPS
Looking for 4 DPS skills (and 1 of them multi target or Surge?) and 1 shield/healing skill (Lighting Form?). Something that can help me do alot of high damage against a single target but that I can also do a shield that makes me survive longer.

Second bar: Healing Staff.
Maybe 2 DPS skills (Mages Fury and Crystal Shard?), together with healing/shield abilities? (Dark Exchange, Grand Healing and Regeneration?)

Since I'm still on a low level, I can now choose where I should put my xp in, and that is why I'm also asking this. I'm very curious about other players using something similar like this. Feedbacks are more than welcome.

For current dps people use force pulse or other morph, and crystal shart. They lay down the liquid lightning gtaoe first. Spam ability, then crystal proc. Over and over until overload ulti is up with built up ultipoints to use. The go overload and spam that.

What ultimate would you suggest? I'm using Greater Storm Atronach for the hitpoints/distraction

The common consesus. Is Overload and or ice comet. overload is what you will find the "serious" dpsrs use.

There are alternatives but they cost overall dps. the atronoch is good if you like it. There has to be a fun balance that everyone should adhere to. Play what you like.

Oh forgot, deltias gaming has an out dated YouTube video on sorc dps for magicka style. I say outdated, but the skill rotation is basicly the same as I listed above

Yes, I've seen that video together with several others. But I prefer to have a DPS bar with 1 healing skill and a heal bar with 2 DPS skills. So far, I haven't seen anyone doing it and that is why I'm asking around

You really only have so many options for sorc dps:

Ult: Overload and Ice Comet

Attacks:
Crystal Frag
Velacious Curse
Daedric Mines
Mage's Wrath
Streak

That's it for sorc specific. Destro has a few moves that are currently useable. Such as the range interrupt force crush or something like that (lol).

Wall of elements may become playable O-O;

But really all dps sorcs are the same, they only differ if its destro or dw for primary weapons.
