Revamp on how armors take dyes

So over the last year we have had some pretty awesome Armor Styles come out. Glass, xivkin, and mercenary come to mind and are truly cool crafting styles. Going back to the vanilla styles and when dyes were first introduced, everyone was dying their armors in cool colors and themes to characterize how they want to look. We had deep blues and vibrant reds, ppl were happy.

Over the last few months Ive been playing with these newer armor sets and noticed the dyes just don't look the same. Most look nothing like their little palette. Dyes on heavy armors come out looking bland and faded like an easter skittle. Medium armors distort the colors extremely to where a red or orange will end up a deep brown or light tan. Light armors seem to be consistent at least in being close to their palette square, (except xivkiin, its aweful to dye).

The argument could be made that this is how it is so players don't go overboard with hot pink suits of heavy armor or renditions of a kiwi strawberry foo foo drink you can find at TGIF on a warm summer day. Well sadly, players already do lol. We need a revamp. If I have a glass heavy chest piece of armor and I place a fiery orange dye on it from completing CoA, it should very well be an orange vibrant piece of glass armor. Instead we get a 1974 US Penny. if I try the senche orange it just becomes a lighter 1995 US Penny.

Some things dye really well but some things need to be changed.

Aye, this bugged me in the past with Argonian style gear but it wasn't that bad. Now we have Glass running itself through some bleach after every dyeing and such. Suppose I'll just have to get my hands on the alliance styles when they're craftable, they look nice dyed!
