mutagen and igneous shield will likely outclass it. On the patch notes, the instant heal on those below 20% health can now hell. Mutagen will also dispel one status ailment and leave behind a HOT.
Healing ward is gonna be the better "oh crap" button which will stack with igneous shield. Let's hot forget DK gets the 20% spell damage buff for 30 seconds.
No reason to heal as a templar anymore.2 -
