No job seems nice in ESO. I would not take any job in cyrrodil or other warrior jobs (including guards). Only jobs I would consider is a moon suggar farmer, inkeeper or merchant

Working at any tavern with a bard who is not Malukah. I mean no ill will towards the voice actors, they do a fine job otherwise, especially considering this is a fully voiced game. But the singing... no. We need so much more Malukah. And a male Malukah equivalent.

...and maybe more variety in songs.

Definitely Tavern employee, having to listen to some dreadful dirge performed over and over by certain "So called Bards" who deserve to get their lute smashed over their head.

How about the Ballad of The Lusty Argonian Maid. We need some bawdy tunes after all they're supposed to be Taverns. They're the tamest virtual drinking establishments ever. Throw in some bar fights for added immersion to get that authentic bar atmosphere.

A rug washer in Samuruik

The Palace of Sentinel, or Samuruik as the citizens call it, is a looming presence within the capital of Hammerfell. The castle is sprawling but eminently defendable, and the parkland that surrounds it occupies much of the city's footprint. It is home to the royal family, their retainers and courtiers, and the many diplomatic envoys that travel between the major settlements within the Daggerfall Covenant. This citadel's central golden dome and ornate towers guard against outside invaders, but it is within the cool stone walls and hidden inner chambers that the most blood has been shed. Centuries of violent usurping have coated these mural- and tapestry-filled walls. The underclasses joke that there's a staff member whose everlasting occupation is rinsing blood out of the castle's many fine rugs. They quip, "I'd rather be a rug washer in Samuruik!" to describe thankless or never-ending tasks. The actual humor seems somewhat lost in translation.

I wouldn't want to be one of the wandering merchants, they must get awfully tired walking everywhere, and I bet no-one ever buys any of their goods, people just dump all their rubbish on them and let them wander on ever more encumbered.

I wouldn't mind being employed as a toilet cleaner in Tamriel, however. I reckon their wages are more in the way of money laundering given the noticeable lack of toilets. It definitely beats being a toilet cleaner in the world of Fallout 4, that's for sure!
