Sorcs get increase cost on bolt escape, sure, but they can also shield stack. A magic nb gets caught without cloak, they're usually doomed.

Don't forget you have fear, the biggest BS CC in the game. As stated there are plenty of ways to defeat cloak but a NB who spams fear is taking advantage of what is the true broken mechanic. No CC immunity given by it and it is too often impossible to break out of before the whole 4 seconds have expired. Giving a class built for extremely high burst damage a spammable ability that leaves the victim totally vulnerable for that long is pretty much an instant win button for NB's. Only about 1 in 5 NB's can finish me off before I break free when I'm stunned by ambush but then when they follow it up by spamming fear every time I go on the offensive it gets pretty frustrating.2
