Vampire - Invigorating Drain - Dunmer Nightblade

Been a while since I played, I took a break right before Tamriel Unlimited launched. What (if any) changes have been done to Vampire since then? I have a Magicka NightBlade I use with a 2H (2H on both bars) and for the healing I would be happy to take Invigorating Drain to supplement my Swallow Soul, Refreshing path, and Sap Essence. I do a lot of solo stuff most of the time, and like the use dark magic with a 2H weapon or I could do one hand and shield maybe.
Either way, is Invigorating Drain good these days? I am a Dunmer and hear that the fire damage to Vampires was lowered to 25%. That is good.

Mivryna✭✭✭These days you have to slot a Vampire ability to get the 10% Stamina & Magicka regen. That can be bats on one bar, and mist/drain on another, if that's what you prefer.
I personally like the drain effect as an emergency stun/heal, and the Ultimate regeneration is nice too. Remember that healing wounds also generates Ultimate, so you actually end up getting 20-25 per cast or so.0
