if any of you is a stamina nightblade and pretty good at PVP i'd love some information and help..
so i'm vet 2 and i've started doing PVP in cyrodill, i can kill people when i gang up on them with 500 people lmao, i'm like Just hitting and taking assists..
1v1 nor a 2v1 i'd still get destroyed.. you can always recommend a build but my build is pretty fine.. and the way i play is allright tho, not the best but it isn't bad at all, the thing is Just.. i'm not doing any damage whatsoever lmao, i'd ambush, suprise attack, name it even wrecking blow and i wouldn't do any damage to them and they would Just kill me in a few shots, i'm useless.. prob my stats aren't the best lmao.. i don't have gear, nothing, just random items from drops..
my weapon damage is 1500, stamina 20K, health 20K and magicka 9-10K when scaled to vet 15.. but my critical damage and chance are 15%? i've heard you need that 50%+ can someone explain to me how do i get my critical chance and damage % up? how do i get a decent gear to start out in pvp? etc etc..

Well, best advice is get to vr 16.... You'll need agility jewelry, kena shoulders/helmet, VMA weapons, all that good stuff that you can't get while v2. One vet rank is one hour of grinding in the sewers, just do it and be done with it ! And then you can focus on sorting out your gear/build(stamblade has the most broken damage atm, so you'll be fine)
i don't have gear, nothing, just random items from drops..

Partly Wrong.i don't have gear, nothing, just random items from drops..

THIS is your problem right here.
You do NOT need to level to VR16 to do well in PvP, with the new scaling system. I can take my Lvl 36 - Yes, Lvl 36 Magicka NB into vet campaigns and destroy people. Why? Below are my stats;
Spell Damage; 3000 Unbuffed. So about 3600-4000 when buffed with Entropy and in stealth.
Max Magicka: 41.000
Health: 26.000
Stamina: 16.000
Magicka Regen; 1900
I have about 200 CP.
For you to do ANY kind of damage, on your Stam NB, you need 3000 Weapon Damage, 30.000 or more Stamina (depends on wether drinks or food is preferred).
It all comes down to your gear i am afraid. For you to be competitive ALL your gear must be;
Same level or within one level of you.
Part of a Set. For Stam NB you could go either Hundings + Nights Silence or Willows + Nights Silence. All craftable sets.
Be purple, with Purple enchants.
Be Infused or Divines
Weapon must be Golden. If Dual Wield, can accept Purple.

Get some gear as it will make you much stronger while you level to v16. You can get a 5 piece hundings rage set made pretty easily. (If you are ps4 EU I can do this for you) as your low level I assume you don't have loads of champ points so you might want to make your remaining two armour pieces and weapons something to help with resources (night silence for example). Make sure you keep jewllery up to date preferably with the robust trait and Stam recovery or weapon damage enchants. And enchant your gear, try and aim for 20k health with the scaling in pvp and the rest into stamina.
Also try and use moves that apply buffs or debuffs it makes a real difference for example using momentum or hidden blade and their morphs will boost wep damage by 20% so keep that buff up. the grim focus buff as your a nightblade is 8% extra damage so once again keep that active and try and hit opponents with surprise attack early as it debuffs their armour.
Finally don't forget to use cc moves as it makes opponents use recorces to break free. Fear is an amazing cc for pvp I would suggest you use this move.
Some of the advice in here is awful.
You don't need 3k+ weapon damage, don't force yourself to grind, and you don't need purple gear.
Just pick a set here ESO Crafted Sets and have someone make it for you. When I leveled a Stamblade I used Night's Silence cause it was easy to make. It definitely wasn't best in slot, but I was still able to kill ppl. If you find someone that can do Hundling's for you go that route. It doesn't need to be purple though.
Your weapon crit will go up once you unlock enough champ points and you can then invest them into the Ritual constellation. If you put 30 points into that constellation you can unlock "Perfect Strike" which will increase your crit by 12%. Those champs points will come easy just by playing.

I disagree with not needing 3k weapon damage. Nightblades are already squishy so you need the weapon damage to kill someone before you get killed. My nightblde is only vet 1 and fully buffed has 3k weapon damage, 30k stam, 27k hp, 2100 stam regen and 57% crit. OP needs set armor as his stats cleary indicates hes wearing pve dropped armor.

when i get my set crafted, not sure how it works but does it need +stamina? or health or what kind of bonuses or i just get it crafted and done?
Stamina nightblade - in fact stamina in general - has insane damage output in the game at the moment, so 3k weapon dmg definitely isn't required. Having said that tho, getting 3k really isn't all that difficult and is the number you want to aim for.
A good gear setup might be 5 hundings, 3 ashen grip, 3 agility or endurance. The game currently rewards burst damage over sustain, which is why most people will suggest stacking so much weapon damage. Personally I prefer a balance of burst and sustain. I usually aim for around 2-2.5k recovery, 30k max stam and 3-3.5k weapon damage.
I've been a magicka nb for sometime now, so if I am mistaken I'm sure people will correct me :P

for the sets does it matter what parts? the hundings rage chest and .. and .. and the ashen belt or.. does it matter?

Does not matter which pieces you make for each set. However the trait you choose do matter. A safe option is to have infused on head, chest and legs and divines on rest. Weapons are usually sharpened.
