Does this still exist in game or is it a thing of the past?

If so is it like the other elf bane pieces and comes in VR16

Oh I completely forgot about the weapon.

As far as I know, only armor has been scaled to V16.
I think you can still get the V14 pieces from the RNG boxes though.
