I'm thinking a mix of reinforced, divines and impenetrable at a 2:4:1 ratio.

Is this good or should I just go all out on divines?

    For pure Damage you should go with all Divines + Shadow Mundus Stone. :)

    For pvp definitely impenetrable on small pieces.
    Big pieces is debatable, I made infused to boost the 3-stat enchants.

    If you run 3-stat enchants I would also make them Impenetrable, its the Proxy Det/Wrecking Blow/Surprise Attack/Dragon Leap/Overload crits that do most of the killing in Cyrodiil.

    I agree with both posts above. Impen is going to save your booty in many cases. Divines is the way to go for damage.
