Ok, so if I'm builing a Templar healer. Which skill(s) would you recommend for PvE that would proc this?

In my mind this 5-piece is more for sorcerers with pets, but the Ward Ally morph in the Restoration Staff tree is a good bet.
FWIW I use four pieces on my templar healer and the regen buff is quite nice, I generally don't need another source of healing.
That's actually interesting, I didn't consider pets. Does it count them as allies?

I recommend only running 4 if you need the regen on your jewelry, but a Kena piece or a Torug will give much more benefit than the 5th Trinimac.
One additional note... casting a shield that affects more than one ally does not increase the chance. It seems you get the same chance per shield cast and who it procs on is random.
They need to remove the cool down for this to be viable.

I still miss 1 pcs to check how viable it is but since the willpower arcane jewels are too much for me i will use it anyway maybe only the 3 or 4 pcs set
It does count pets as allies. A friend tested it.
Also DK healers have Obsidian Shield, so it would be quite handy for a DK healer.

The 129 spell damage you get from Torug will be better than the little heal and damage you *might* get every 3 seconds.
