I am wondering if a VR 16 were to pop an experience scroll would they then in theory gain CPs faster because they are gaining more exp even though they are not leveling any more?

    Ayep. This was one of the big complaints about the idea from some players.

    Thanks for the info. I was so mad back in the day. (Like 2 months ago) when I took a week off and then logged back on to find my scrolls went from 100% for an hour to 50% for two hours. lol. Wish I still had those for my vr16. HAHAHA

    I'm 20 away from cap. I might be able to hit it soon, I had to spend the last week away from my account.

    Also, I don't always use them on my main, occasionally I just use one to get through content more quickly with a low level alt.

    When where they ever 100% for an hour? Not since they've actually been useable. Are you talking about data mined stuff?

    Well Im vr 16 with 300CP and am looking at hitting that 501 cap.
    Is there a certain spot you like to grind like old orsinium?

    When I first started I bought 10 of them and they said they were 100% for an hour. I had used 6 of them and had 4 left. I swear they said that....
