Vampire Skill Line and XP

Has anyone else noticed that the vampire skill line does not get a 1:1 ratio of XP for line advancement? Having just become a vampire at VR2, I am getting XP from completing quest for over 40000, but the vampire line only gets credited a small portion of that amount. Is this a bug or "working as intended"?

If it is it's not like it's hard to level up I mean, come in my friend got vamp 10 in less than a day.

i got it to levle 4 from lvl 32->38 on my sorc.
only problem sorc is so faceroll easy can't bother to level it ;/

The point I'm making is that the skill line is supposed to level via XP, yet it isn't giving a 1:1 advancement of the skill line with XP. Since I'm also using XP scrolls, it makes me wonder if the vampire line is not getting the benefit of the increased XP gain. It is just frustrating that you complete a quest that gives 40000, 80000 or more XP and your vampire line only goes up a portion of that amount. @ZOS_GinaBruno can you please check and see if this is intended or if there is some sort of 'diminished return' with XP gain for the vampire skill line? Perhaps there is a bug, but when the vampire line says it requires 80000 to reach the next level and you turn in a quest and receive 80000 XP but the vampire line only receives 20000 XP advancement- something isn't right.

Nah. it's not a 1:1 ratio. It was never meant to be. Otherwise 4 minutes in cwc or non-vet maelstrom would get you 0-10 in vamp line.
