Advice on Stacking Max Magicka

So Im currently attempting to run a sorc pet build strictly for pve but Ive run into a bit of a wall. With my current gear Im barely breaking 40k magicka, which is pretty low compared to some builds at 45k+ magicka who don't even use necropentece. Any advice on what gear to use that could possibly boost my magicka even a bit higher?

Current gear: V12 5x Necropentence (all magicak enchant/purple)
V16 3x Magnus (magicka/purple)
And 3x Willpower also V16

Without knowing those I can only guess. Are you running inner light and/or bound aegis?

Is this with or without skills / passives that increase your magicka?
What bufffood do you use?
How many cp do you have?
Do you have a magicka race (altmer / breton / dunmer)?

5 necro, 2 magnus, 2 willpower, 2 succession would be better if you just care about magicka.
You could also consider 3 spell power cure, 4 succession, 2 willpower, 2 magnus. I don't know how exactly necro stacks with other buffs, so it might not be better, but it will give you the most magicka from all combinations that don't use necro as far as I know. However getting epic, arcane succession jewelery will take some time / luck.

Sorry for the lack of info. Im currently playing as a breton with the mage mundus. Two willpower have arcane traits one has healthy. Using dual stat food (magic/health). And with bound aegis Im at 44k magicka rarely use inner light. This 44k magicka is with necro set bonus with pets out. Also currently at 160cp

Well, if you're looking to purely stack magic, obviously you'll want to swap that healthy willpower piece with an arcane one. Also, how many cps do the builds you're looking at have? Few people seem to know this, but CPs do affect your resource pools when you spend them. I.e. the more points you spend in the mage constellations, the more max magic you'll have. I don't know the numbers off hand, but there is a pretty substantial increase around 300 CPs. I went from <42000 magic to around 44000 without any gear changes and only going from ~250 to 300.

Inner Light gives you +7% magicka (5% from skill itself, 2% from passive that makes all slotted Mages Guild skills increase max magicka). And 160 CP is about a 9% increase in max magicka. Once you hit the 501 CP cap, you get around 18% increase in magicka. Inner Light + hitting CP cap gives you about 16% more magicka right there.
