Ok, some may remember I posted a few days ago about losing a bunch of Nirnroot.
I emailed support, got a reply two days later asking for my Mega server, character and screenshot of Guild Bank record with it being withdrawn. As I did not get a Reply email until 2 days later, I could not get a screenshot of the Guild Bank record as it does not show stuff past 24 hours ago and I had a number of transactions since.
Replying to this I received 'After investigating further we are unable to find any transactions for that amount.'
Ok. So I just flat out lose that 77 Nirnroot because my Email was replied to too late.
