Not getting a access code and cant login to support page

Hi!

I've been trying for a couple of days to log in to ESO. I've been getting the "We have sent you a mail with an access code" screen, but after trying for days I'm just not getting these codes. However I have gotten them before without a problem so this is not a issue with my mail. Also the newsletter and stuff reaches me just fine.

So today I thought enough is enough and went to the support page to file a ticket. However after entering my credentials, the "Log In" button stays disabled and cannot be clicked!

My last hope is that someone here from Zenimax reads this and can help me, so I can get back to playing the game. :)

    button is unclickable under Chrome : use internet explorer and it work.

    Thanks, that did it! However, next problem is that I still cannot log in, says my credentials are wrong (even though I can access both the game and account-page with them...). And I cant reset the password either, since I'm not recieving any mails from Zenimax.

    So still need help from some representative here, as of now I'm completley locked out from both the game and the support section.

    If you go to the help page to submit a ticket, you can choose the "I can't log in" option. Since your access to receive your emailed verification code is compromised, choose the "compromised account" option, and you can explain your issue in the fields provided.

    Please be careful to put an alternate email address when you submit your ticket! If you are not receiving emails from ESO, you may have trouble receiving a reply.

    You can post your ticket number here so we can take a look and make sure it has been received for an agent to reach out to you and help get you back in game!

    Never recieved a answer to the ticket I submited, so sent a new one with a proof of purchase included as well. Ticket number is: 160126-000538

    So coming up on almost 3 weeks locked out of the game and still no answer to any of my tickets I am starting to lose patience. Come on, what is happening? :/
