maybe its easier to make money with dlcs for pve. Eso has bigger issues in pvp than pve so they need to fix pvp first before they bring a dlc for that. And fixing things brings no moneyPC,EU, EP

IC PVP DLC? Hahahahahaha. There are mobs on every corner, bosses that can one shot you and zergs of pve players farming stones. Lets say that the difference between open cyrodiil and IC is in open cyrodiil is 90% pvp players and 10% pve players while in IC is 90% pve players and 10% pvp players...
