When you get to the Search Dulkhi's Quarters phase of the quest there is a book on a bed in the corner with a white quest arrow on top of it. You cannot click on the book to advance the quest because Federic Seychelle remains outside and for some reason cannot come in the quarters. Trying Alt F4 to fix the problem does not work. I have encountered several bugs recently that were not present when leveling my other characters thru the silver quest line several months ago. Seems to me someone is just not doing their job or could care less. I have better thing to do than continually submit bug reports especially when the quests I am submitting bug reports on were working just fine at an earlier point.
