Racial passives: Thieves Guild DLC

Does anyone know if they are doing anything with the racial passives in the TG DLC? Have they said anything about balancing anything? Or is this DLC just adding content and not addressing balance?

✭✭✭✭✭Along with the Thieves Guild there is a base patch with a ton of "improvements" to the regular game.
They'll have the PTS Natch Potes posted at the beginning of next week for you to see.
