I think 300k-500k each will be about right for random trait boxes.
1M AP would be kinda cheap if you can pick your desired trait. At current gold to AP conversion rate, that's only 250k-ish gold. I think a perfect monster mask should be worth more... maybe 500k gold => 1.5M-2M AP.

Apart from Bloodspawn, I don't have any perfect monster masks. I just feel that the new merchant shouldn't be an easy alternative to doing goldkey runs. It should be prohibitively expensive, so that it is used as a last resort and serious investment for something you really want.
I have done 35 vWGT runs, 0 masks. At this stage I'd pay 5M gold for a Divine/Infused one. lol But realistically, more than 1M gold would be too much for most people and 500k (or a bit less) is a bit more reasonable.Edited by Heindrich on January 30, 2016 1:24PM6 -

✭1.75milIf its gonna be lottery and we cant see traits I think 200k, if we can see the trait what I personally hope 2mill. As for Gold, I think 1 mill gold is good number, 100k per lottery.
Im not sure if I even get them tbh, whats the point if everything gets scaled. If I was Zen I'd revisit Monster Sets, Master and Maelstorm weapons, maybe each item you wear, your CP-cap is raised by a certain amount, like 20 point per item. PvEer claim the 360k AP for vigor takes them ages and the 1.6mio AP for proxy is a lifetime goal, but everyone else gets 1mio per week...
some how numers are really screwed when talking to pveers...
my guess would be 10k for a complete random piece(approx 1 dungeon runs per hour with a buying limit of a few purchses per day), 200k for a setpiece of your choice with random trait, 250k for a direct impenetrable buy, 1mio+ for given trait wich as the merchant is ought to be somewhat random your preferd combination might not be for purchase at that time but later onEdited by Tankqull on January 30, 2016 4:06PMspelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

Even more interesting how people who only PvP think they should be able to obtain everything in the game by doing just that, and that it somehow should be just as profitable, aswell, as grinding materials/monsters.
See, I can generalize aswell, it serves nothing thought other than poluting a discussion and segregating the player base.
I am in a high profile raiding guild, so I am probably the most "PveE-ish" player you will find. I still enjoy PvP (when my class and server performance allows me), and I am totally against all this giving people what they want how they want. If people want the PvP *** they PvP, if people want the PvE gear they PvE. Too bad ZOS has now decided to cater to the PvP crown and somewhat give them what they want, because that means the next logical step is to allow earning alliance skill points and/or gear outside PvP, and I never wanted neither.Edited by Zinaroth on January 30, 2016 4:26PM1 -

Zenimax KNOWS that there's well enough people with more than 50mil AP laying around, and they always say that they don't want people to be able to buy 'the best gear right out of the bat'. ✭You missed an option for "none". After SO MANY helm farms, facing the ridiculous RNG of the game having monster sets available to buyout, specially for AP is preposterous.
Regular dungeons are already boring, only IC's provides something to work for, be it helmets or achievements and now this? Meh...
