Could I Possible get my Nirnroot back?

Tried to take my nirnroot out my Guild Bank. Little lag. No nirnroot in inventory. No nirnroot in Guild Bank.

Could i possibly get that back? 77 Nirnroot I think it was. Cos, Crafting writs really need them.

I tried asking at support yesterday but got no reply so I guess i'll just beg :)

    I have lost so much material through the guild bank its insane. Ill deposit say 150 rubedo in my guild bank and then ill go back in to withdraw it and its not there. It has happened to me many times with many different materials.

    My last ticket about this problem took a couple of attempts to get a non-scripted reply from support - they eventually came back to me and asked me when it happened. That info was in the first message I sent when the ticket was opened, haven't heard anything more from support since.

    It's not just lag that causes it, bankers who walk around causing the bank window to close while you're depositing or withdrawing something will also lead to items being lost.

    or you positive no one in your guild took it right before you were about to take it out.

    ive heard of people going through an item missing or something and they go through hell to even get it considered id say tagging someone like @ZOS_GinaBruno couldn't hurt. saw her talking to someone last time something went missing or maybe he accidently deconstructed it. something like that maybe she could help in some way :)

    If all you lost was some nirnroot, consider yourself lucky. You can make up your loss in a very short time in Cold Harbour. Unless you have a VERY high level of confidence in your guild, why would you ever deposit high value items? There are mules for that sort of thing. :)

    I personally use the guild bank for storage to transfer if bank I full but all the people who were active that had access(the officers) has quit so I use it as personal storage as well haha

    @ofullmetalbebop I am 100% sure.I am the only 1 in my guild who has access. It really is just my personal 500 slot bank.
    I have had this happen once before when withdrawing items and ZOS was helpful to get it back. I feel like customer support has gotten worse.

    this is why I tagged gina she helped someone as far as I know that was having an issue with the support not wanting to help with the issue similar to yours :)

    I have yet t do craglorn quests so have not even gotten my first nirn anything :p my crafter is lacking all things nirn :/ ill get there one day haha

    that being said I don't know how hard it is to acquire

    Oh, I don't mean the trait pieces, I mean the alchemy ingredients. I'd be a little more angry if I'd lost 77 Nirn trait items XD

    ohhh lol I was wondering why there weren't as many caps and !! in the title and body of main writing haha. its sad im vet 16 yet there is still so much I don't know about haha :#
    isn't nirnrooot still rare? remember in the old games finding nirnroot was :cold_sweat: impossible to find

    Yeah, I have over 1000 hours in the game yet feel like I still have to complete so much on my main. I only got 8 traits on all items.

    lol im working on only heavy armor and only have like 3 traits on everything :# I just rerolled some things on my main to make his stats better and im like bleh theres so much more to learn. its like I know a little bit about everything(almost) but not really know a lot of any one thing haha

    Game is huge lol

    I stopped doing alchemy writs a long time ago. Only thing you get that's decent is lorkhams tears. I can get those a lot easier than doing writs.

    Alchemy surveys are a waste of time. 2-3 minutes near hollow city will net you the same rewards basically.

    It's sort of auto-pilot really. Start of everyday I just grab and complete all writs without thinking.

    Thats how it was for my main crafter, all 6 every day but after running dry and using up my 100+ nirnroot and not having a good reward I wised up.

    You don't need Nirnroot for any writs unless there's a lower crit potion writ I haven't seen. They aren't even good for invisibility potions.

    This clearly shows you've never done a craglorn/wrothgar writ. 99% of the writs ask for 3 nirnroot. Almost every day, every writ, 3 nirnroot. On occasion it would be a solvent.
