I hear both arguments saying that is is on normal mode and on the other side saying that it is only on Vet mode.
I want a confirmation on this since it is troubling me and yes I can do VRWGT but that Planar Inhibitor destroys the majority of my runs there.
I would like to have some proof of this.

They are vet only silly. Considering the boss you need to kill are different from normal ones. They only drop from certain bosses, one per vet dungeon.0 -

In WGT the bosses are the same in norm and vet0
