Little Murimush (Orsinium) stuck again

This pack echatere is usually going its route around the clothing station building. Then someday it got stuck somehow infront of the bridge and didn't move away for weeks, if not longer. This seemed to be fixed about 2 weeks ago, but since the last patch, it's at the bridge again (I came by several times, no movement anymore).
It's not a huge issue, but she/he's kinda in the way when trying to cross the bridge on a mount.
Just wanted to mention it ;)

    I don't know why the poor thing keeps getting stuck on that bridge. For one thing, I don't understand how it gets desynched from Lug the Merchant. And why it takes a server reset to get it going again. Poor Little Murimush!

    Why does it give me the option to talk to her but nothing happens??

    there are many NPCs getting stuck in Orsinium. The one quest giver for all the new recipes is glitched in the freaking ceiling of one building and I cant turn the quest in!!

    I've sent multiple tickets to ZOS, however they keep responding that the quest is working as intended :neutral:

    I got the impression that it was supposed to be some sort of roaming Merchant within the city, although it seems a bit odd for it to be roaming, and they either forgot or cut the work needed to implement the store.

    Hm, this could be true, I guess, it's the only thing that makes sense somehow^^
