Question about spell damage / healing

I am a magika Templar healer vr16, but also do some dps. I have 300+ champion points. I do some PVE and PVP.
Does spell damage increase the quality/amount I heal for? Should I worry about spell crit?
Should I worry about thematuge, or stick to blessed? Other champion point trees/skills I should consider?
I am looking to be able to heal in PVP but also deal out good damage when not healing.

✭✭Healing scales with max magicka and spell damage for all heals that cost magicka and don't have something different stated in the tooltip. Those heals also can crit depending on your spell crit.
I personally would put at least 30 mixed in blessed and elfborn to get the spell crit passive, then 100 in thaumaturge and then back to blessed.Edited by lolo_01b16_ESO on January 28, 2016 6:40PM0
