Like what a lot of people have already said, I would also like to see more non-combat sets or even ability changing sets.
Examples:
The Scavenger
2 piece: All gold sources (except quest rewards) increased by 10%.
3 piece: 25% chance to double the yield of a resource node
4 piece: Move speed while off of a horse increased by 25%.
5 piece: Increases the chance to receive gold materials from refining or gutting fish by 2%.
The Cryomancer
2 piece: Max magicka
3 piece: Spell damage
4 piece: Liquid Lightning skill now deals ice damage and snares the opponent by 25%.
5 piece: All sorcerer abilities now deal ice damage, and your ice damage is increased by 5%.
The Gladiator
2 piece: Reduce the cost of shield bash
3 piece: Max stamina
4 piece: Bashing an enemy now applies taunt for 10 seconds.
5 piece: Increase block mitigation by 3% and reduce the cost of blocking by x for each taunted enemy within 10m radius.
The Field Medic
2 piece: Max magicka
3 piece: Magicka recovery
4 piece: 3% healing more
5 piece: You can no longer revive other players. Rite of Passage and the morphs will now instantly revive all dead allies inside the radius once the channel fully finishes.
The Strategist
2 piece: Lose max magicka
3 piece: Lose max stamina
4 piece: Gain a 6th ability slot on both weapon action bars.
The Teacher's Pupil
2 piece: Increase all armor skill line experience gain by 50%.
3 piece: Increase all weapon skill line experience by 50%.
4 piece: Increase crafting inspiration values by 25%.
5 piece: Increase the experience per undead/daedra kill by 1 for the Fighter's Guild, and increase the experience per lorebook by 5 for the Mage's Guild.

Quite umbalanced. with 70% crit you will have major expedition or whatever always up, but yes i also want some love for DK
