Why hochdit in a trial?

There's a new trial.
Ken is likely to be bad.
Normally, when compared to other games, such dungeon should fall the best armor in the game.
But this is not so.
Why go out and buy in a trial upgrade of the guild of thieves?

✭✭At this moment its unclear what items will drop from the new TG trial.
The only thing that has been mentioned is that its a new 12 man trail that scales up to v16.
And that there will be 2 trail modes, normal and veteran.
The current trails scale to v14 and only have one mode with the option to do the hard-mode mechanic at the final boss.
I think the veteran version of this trail will be quite challenging because the recent pve content is significantly harder than the older pve content.
