Apart from that I didn't do serious testing as path is usually enough to sustain my magicka.0 -

Only the morph Twisting Path does proc it
further on from what I use: Funnel Health & morphs, Sap Essence, Caltrops and Necrotic Orb (Undaunted, morph also nice for group play)
In general DOT's do NOT proc it, hits against a single opponents count always as 1 (like Funnel Health), hits to multiple opponents do (like Sap Essence), ground effects like Twisting Path and Caltrops do.
