Leaping or ambushing through the cracks in certain outpost doors with weird meshes is an exploit.
I wouldn't consider what's depicted in the video to be an exploit - this has been a fairly common part of alliance war gameplay since pre-launch.
You don't get CC immunity unless you break free. It's simple as that.
Most of the time you don't break free before the next CC

Yes, I've noticed this with Mass Hysteria, where enemies can get CC'd again if they don't break free before it ends. However, occasionally it doesn't allow you to break free, even when you have enough stamina and are pressing interrupt.

Most of the time you don't break free before the next CC, however in your fist clip you do break free of a stun only to get Wrecking Blow off the edge. So it's seems you only get CC immunity when you break hard CC.

That's wrong. You get immunity whenever the CC ends it's duration hence why it's so broken

Nah man he is right, you ONLY get CC immunity if you break free from something. You do NOT get an automatic immunity if you just eat the entire CC duration. This is noticeable when you break free by the swirling wind animation at your feet.
BUT just as Xcon said in that first clip you do break free the animation is clearly seen then you get CCed by the wrecking blow after just breaking free, now THAT does warrent some dev attention

The other common issue involving CC breaks is not actually being able to break out of it. For some reason the left mouse button will periodically stop working in ESO which prevents you from light / heavy attacking or CC breaking. The way I fix is by alt tabbing and clicking my desktop. Others have to physically log out of the game and reload it. Regardless, this bug almost always results in a death. Yesterday I got it 3 times in a row while fighting the same EP players. They cheesed me for 3 free kills.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPbrbARofvIAs from patch notes v1.3.3 ''•Immunity granted by Break Free and the immunity given to you after you’re hit by a crowd control ability now provide immunity to all types of crowd control'' . This is well established knowledge.
Therefore Vi Cor is obviously correct and his video proves again that CC related mechanisms are still bugged 2 years later

Yes the system is broke, albeit not as bad as the OP's video makes it seem. For a long while now it's been a good idea to break free every chance you get, to minimize suffering from the poor server latency and code that is Cyrodiil.
Personally I'm all for not getting any immunity unless you break free, as it promotes more dynamic gameplay, imo.
