    I absolutely despise how ZOS leave necessary fixes to the "next major patch", then DON'T fix it and break 100 more things.

    I'd rather they leave it bugged than have them try to fix it. Dear lord.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @Wrobel you guys seriously going to dodge this question again? I don't expect a fix for it right this instant, but I'd like some acknowledgement, and at least Matt to tell me they have plans to fix it but there's no ETA right now.

    Zeni..I think it about time for you to acknowledge that Carnage is broken, and give us an ETA on when you will fix it. An important racial passive that affects all Khajiit has been broken since before Orsinium was released, and was reported as broken on the PTS, yet still no official word on when it will actually be fixed.

    lol... ya well don't hold your breath.. been dealing with the no friends list bug for over a month.. no word from them on that.. and others have said the IC DLC broke there friends list and still no word... we are talking months of not having a friends list and cant get a ETA or an acknowledgment on the issue...

    Bug fixes and class balances are only worthy of new DLC deployments. It makes their DLC addition looked fluffed.

    I'm pretty sure (may be wrong), server to client side their system is very archaic or badly designed. Many competitors out there can hotfix bugs like this without a client side patch.

    Trying hard to come up with any MMO I have played that would let something like this go on for so long. I can't.
    And yeah, I know it's not "any other games" but you gotta compare and contrast industry standards.

    What puzzles the hell out of me is that they will not even acknowledge it. Why ?
    A simple explanation about whatever the problem is and what they will do about it would earn respect and put us all at ease.

    Beginning to think it was changed on purpose, because Khajiit were just too awesome with it, and had to be brought back in line with the lesser races. :p

    WHAT?!?!?! I had no idea this was a bug!!! I created my khajit nb pre-IC, and chose khajit for this passive.

    So I've been doing less damage than Intended for some time now.....this happened after IC and before Orsinium? Needs to be fixed for sure.

    Also you all realize that Khajiit are the only race now without a Attribute bonus right? just wanted to point that out...

    Is it just me, or should this be a really easy fix. How is it different than any other passive in the game?

    You take the player's crit, and add 8%. Doesn't seem like rocket surgery.

    I've submitted 5 tickets in my whole time playing this game. The one I made about Carnage is the only one they haven't replied to. I wouldn't expect an ETA on this because it appears they simply don't care.

    They will fix it soon after they introduce Crown Stare race changes. It is a tiered fix plan:

    Step 1: Introduce a race change option to the Crown Store...for what is sure to be an excessive amount of crowns

    Step 2: Khajits, and others, pay to change their race since passives such as Carnage don't work and it ultimately ruins the race

    Step 3: Fix all the broken passives...because it was an easy fix in the first place

    Step 4: Count them Benjamins as players pay to change their race back now that passives are 'magically' fixed
