almost every skill in the game can be block cast unfortunately. Not every skill though. insta cast crystal frags can be block cast, for a sorcerer skill example

Test it. Find a target, hold down block and cast your skills.

Pretty much every skill in the game that's not a templar skill

But more accurately, skills that are instant or close to instant can pretty much always be used while blocking. Skills with cast cast time or channelled cant.

Well um...light/heavy attacks can't be block cast

That aside you can even blockcast aoe abilities that need to be targeted, like Healing Springs or Liquid Lightning - it will indeed work if you keep the block key down, aim and apply them. Anything with a cast time won't work(hard casting Crystal Frags for example) and Idk, as far as I understand Frags instacast proc should be possible to blockcast but somehow it made me drop block quite a few times while doing that. Probably a bug/lag.
