Crowded wrothgar bosses: i'd like to see a limit on group sizes on future group bosses, anyone else?

I am a casual player, and i like group content. But being on a group boss, that's over in less than a minute and people shouting on the group chat things like "Cmon, let's get to the next one quick!", it's just not fun imo. And i can't find groups with less then 15 people to do a boss with and keep it fun and challenging.

Graglorn in the other hand is completely different, i came to this game late, and can't really find people to complete graglorn with. I hope i someday will, at least to that degree that i can open to group required door and finish my quest. Same applies actually to IC, i'd like to explore to area since it looks interesting to me, hunt down the bosses with my friends, but other players ambushing and only interested grinding are ruining our fun in there.

Granted this isn't ZoS's fault, as much of the players who are in only for achieving fast/rushing through every day, but there's a lot of us players that would like to enjoy the game and explore (in my circle of friends at least), for example Imperial city without being run over by a groups of people all the time since we don't have 10+ friends to roam there with, and don't have the chance of spending hours in a day ambushing and sneaking. I'm all up for fair fights like 2v2, 2v3 etc, but as a casual player 2v10 and more is just impossible and takes away the fun.

I pay for them, i sub, i want to enjoy them. I think i have waited long enough to enjoy the Wrothgar bosses, but no, i still can't. I wuoldn't want to wait till next dlc to get a proper shot at Wrothgar bosses.

    Of course it is Zenimax fault. If the chance to get the item you need would be higher, or they would be tradable, then players wouldn't feel the need to kill every boss every day on all their 8 characters. And trust me, if you have to kill every boss 8 times a day, you'll try to do it as fast as possible.

    they designed the game, how is it not their fault? craglorn is dead because they killed the grinding there, it was the same way prior. IC same thing, zerg that *** all the way to molag bal and then hope you get a drop from him. nothing wrong with being casual you just have to keep up if you want to do what the group is doing. its new content, thieves guild will be the same way unless they instance the encounters.

    Those boss's are super fun for 5-6 players.

    Anymore and it's boring as hell spam fest with trying to get as much damage in as possible to get on the loot tables...

    It's not a spam fest because people want to get on the loot table. In fact everyone will get the reward, the only peoblem is that the rng is so bad. I know people who had to kill 600+ bosses to get one single ring of a certain set.

    Thats what angers me about this game, sooo bad ass but torn to crap cause ZoS dont know what the hell to do.

    Y'all do realize that after more DLCs are out, this will be less of an issue. Right now Orsinium is IT, so yeah, the group bosses are going to be swarmed with players... until TG comes out... then it will be TG bosses.

    I DO wish they would change their stance on BoP though... it is stupid and harms a lot of the game. Who cares if people sell things... it isn't harming ANYONE... ZOS really needs to get over their "this item is special" attitude and realize how harmful it actually is.

    On console, you're lucky to even find enough players to kill the world bosses in Orsinium. You have to be there at the right time... can't wait til we get text chat though!

    I agree big groups that roflstomp bosses before any mechanics actually have a chance to take place suck but group size limit wouldn't solve anything - we'd just have 3-4, say, 4 people groups there instead of one 12 people one - or just a bunch of ungrouped randoms.

    What could solve part of the issue would be group bosses scaling to the group's level(but then we'd probably never hear the end of it because "too hard and can't even bring more friends for help") or MAKING THOSE DAMN SET BOE. The latter one is something they should do anyway. Seriously, these sets aren't even the FotM or something, they're interesting at best, why the heck are they BOP, especially with random trait/set/piece combo? It just means most of us end up cluttering our inventory with items we can never use nor share(we can sell/deconstruct them but I personally feel bad deconstructing things I might never get again so here I come, inventory mules...).

    I know Wrothgar will quiet down after the new dlc, but i would like to play the new dlc too, instead of starting to enjoy wrothgar's group content. I think it's pretty *** to wait for a new content to play the old one. I'm still waiting to explore IC without getting ambushed all the time. But i can't, and sometimes feel i never will be able to. I guess i'm the minority in that sense that i'm interested about the story in there, being a huge Elder Scrolls fan that i am.

    And yes, didn't think of that point that 8 chars and doing them all daily with them. I'm too much of old school type of player and still haven't got into this many chars per account thing. In that case with poor RNG (and BoP-system on top of that), it is zenimax's fault yes. I for example have school, part-time work, girlfriend and music/gym as a hobby, i just don't have time to play for hours daily, and i don't think i'm the only one with limited time daily for playing.
    Removing BoP wuold really help a lot, though i can understand their view in not "giving out" the best stuff for just gold, but it has more cons than pro's imo.

    I think Zenimax has great ideas on paper, like the PvE/PvP hybrid in Imperial city, i've had couple battles that were just awesome with the daedra running around as well. But now that players seem to have reduced IC to an ambush fest, it's frustrating. In that sense, the fault is in the players, not in IC itself. Just because you can do something, don't mean you should all the time. It's way more fun to fight an epic battle, than to grind surefire kills, at least in imo.

    The large groups on Wrothgar WB occur at certain times each day. At other times, you may be lucky to get 3 other players. It is more fun to do them as a small group, but that is not why we do them, generally speaking. We do the runs for the reward, and as many have pointed out, the best answer to the crap RNG and BOP is speed. If you want a challenge, OP, try the WB at a less populated time.

    I agree with Craglorn, I'd love to do Craglorn quests again. Ive suggested some daily system, like 3 random quest/delve per day, you go to Tavern, theres NPC so you can sign up, when players are found, you get rocking, and rewards are some CP-boosters, green 50%, blue 100% purple 150% and legendary 200%.

    I can reccomend soloing the bosses in offpeak times, it's very doable and fun

    When Thieves Guild comes out Wrothgar will be like Craglorn and you will be begging for ppl to join up to do world bosses.

    I've been in small groups and large groups doing them. It all depends on the time of day and if a boss was recently done or not. Try looking for a group AFTER a boss like Mad Ogre for example has been done and you will get your wish. Small group.
