When the animation prioritization takes effect, using any skill more than twice causes your character to freeze in place for a few seconds while it gets caught up.

Hes not actually talking about a bug, its a feature in game.

Its called "waiting for the healers to fight it out over who gets the AP for rezzing you".........

Siege debuffs will stack, remove food/drink buffs, and will cause attribute pool desync.

Templars Eclipse will be able to reflect a NB stealth in a similar fashion to how it can currently reflect talons giving the DK super speed.

The result being the Templar, the recipient of the reflect, will instead of being 0% visible, will become 10,000% visible, growing 10,000x his size for all of Cyrodiil to behold.

Trust me, it makes perfect sense in the world of ZoS.

Siege equipment DoT hitting instantly was great.

stampede/crit rush animation that doesn't lock you down so the animation can look good which bugs out to just catapult you across the map like the DK abilities getting reflected back on to you getting super speed.

basically you would just hit the button and launch yourself
