This should only ever happen after Elder Scrolls has been removed from the game's title, and all references to Elder Scrolls and its lore from in-game

high elf. Elemental and full magic passive = PASS
Woodelf. Stamina regen and sneaking = Pass
Khajiit. crit, stam/health regen and sneak = uh pass (why health regen thou)
DC
Breton. magic/decrease cost magic = pass.
Redguard. stam,stam regen and stam return = pass
Orc. Sprint speed, health regen and increase meele dmg= pass
EP (oh boy here we go)
Dark elf. fire dmg boost,stam/magic. = pass
Argonian. potion stat return?, health and healing recived... wait = FAILED. This is suppost be the healing/gorrilla warfare race... non of these make sense... its not even close to being either of these things.
Nord. Health regen, decrease dmg, frost reist and health. = Failed. The nords are known for being a threat on battlefield, the beserker. taking dmg and taking out lots. Im ok not having extra stam but 9% health? when imperials have 10%? there half my bloody size!. The health recovery is useless unless u want see health recovery build but...no one does that. This class need either melee dmg or extra stam as it stands... imperials are just upgraded nords. which i find baffling.
