I've been waiting for a reply back from support for about over a month now and haven't gotten anything, even with multiple tickets...
But, my problem is after logging into the game client there's an infinite loading screen. I've already followed a few steps to try to fix it, but none work: how do I fix this? I'm also unable to uninstall then reinstall the game client due to an internet cap each month.
