Where do I find the elemental succession and winter born sets?

Just wondering where I find these sets is it only vet maelstrom or is it in the normal and in the delves

If you cant find the actual armor set,you can buy the Winterborn costume in the crown store.If that helps at all. :}

Normal and Vet Maelstrom only. When I ran norm Maelstrom on the PTS before launch I picked up some of the pieces. The drop is just low.

v16 only drops in vet, up to v15 in normal.

You can get v16 piece also from last chest in normal. Though it will be blue quality, so for purple jewelry you need to do vet.

Maelstrom drops it, both levels, but jewelry drops are rare, and then you may not get a useful attribute. You will likely end up with 50 of each armor piece before you complete a set of jewels you want.
