I found this. It seems that they were on the hype train but it never fully arrived at it's destination. Maybe spellcrafting?

It's within the Silver Mine with all the WW's inside of Orsinium.
It's actually quite amazing how many things you can climb in Orsinium.

I actually put out in zone that I was giving away 5k gold to whoever found me in the dungeon and initiated the trade but no one bit.
The groups of grinders or bots were too stronk. 1 -
