funnel health in non groups

Say your in cyrodiil and your not in a group but your using funnel health, does it still give a HoT to another player near you?

    If you put your spell cure set on, you can see two other people get the buff.

    They plan some changges to skills to make them not affect ppl outside your group. They think it will improve performance. Might be worth to check if this skill won't be affected as well.

    I am of two minds on this one. It's nice to be able to offer some healing to others around you, but on the other hand, NB's have such weak heals that it might be better to be selfish and go with the Swallow Soul morph. I guess it depends on the role you play in the group. A DPS is not expected to heal, and if your a healer, your not using Siphon skills to heal a group.

    I've always been on the swallow soul side of the fence, more incoming healing to me is more important. Keeping myself alive better to continue DPS'ing and in turn keeping my allies alive.

    Although the other morph builds ultimate off healing others.

    Not sure what NB heals you mean, but in the case of Funnel Health on a magicka NB it far outstrips the healing of rapid regen even when FH is non-crit. Seeing as I play a NB healer wearing Julianos and Thief mundus I've got 70% crit. The crits can double dip, making this even more potent healing. Its 100% the superior morph.
