If someone responds to this post they are talking to themselves from now on out. Gina We need you to look into this it's not a fairy tale it's real. I have a guild name to give you PM me. I also know a guild that has paid them that may be willing to admit it.

Even if somebody used a proxy bid purely to block your guild... how is that against TOS? I haven't done it myself so far but it is one weapon I reserve the right to employ against my rivals if provoked.
Maybe it's a trade war? Nobody would be stupid enough to buy a trade guild with no active members just because it is currently holding a good spot. Sorry but your conspiracy theory doesn't make sense.
The only way in which it would make sense for me to use proxy guilds to buy out the prime guild traders is to push my rivals out of business. Otherwise it's just a waste of gold.

While on the subject, I always thought all guild members being able to see the price you bid (after bids are in) is strange. With 500 members it's easy for a spy to be there.
I know people who donate get to see if the gm is being fair, but it's still a little silly imo.

And people wonder how another guild can outbid them. It's very easy trad guilds are hungry for members so just make an alt and join up. On psn you can just make up to 20 sub accounts that automatically have ps plus and access to your games. You don;t even need a mole you can do it yourself. I'm waiting for my inbox to get flooded with gold offers to get me to stop. I won't take it I'll stay poor to help people out of this situation.

So the truth is confirmed, you are in fact angry you didn't have the money to bid on a prime location, saw there was someone who didn't have items for sale, got jealous and decided it's a grand conspiracy....

He will set up a buy from them if needed then they are "renting" or "selling" us content in the game thereby violating the tos. that's the good part guilds like this make plenty of enemies willing to expose them.

The buying and selling that happens within the game is very legal and is in fact part of the game. Only by using real world money would it violate the TOS.
Did he offer the kiosk for 20 quid?

A) states you cant copy the game, or its content and sell it, such as I cannot sell my character for actual money, or I cannot burn a copy of the disc and sell it to a friend. B ) is stating their code is proprietary and belongs to them and you cannot go copying that, and C) states you can't create similar content as the game, none of that mentions using in game mechanics such as the market bidding system to your own advantage to gain and edge, maybe YOU should read it more carefully.
