this 2 picture show numbers before

this 2 show what numbers were some time after

if people haven't mentioned this before its cause people think its boost effect like Templar passive that gives sorcery near ally's, when i mentioned this issue in zone people started to say its probably passive skill boos effect or something like this, but i cheeked as u see from this picture from stat menu, no effect & i'm not glowing neither, my hands or feet, is it just display bug, i mean shows wrong numbers or does it effect my dam & resistance to no idea (also no idea what the correct numbers are), just wanted to report about the issue with forum post

sometimes it changes when i either enter dungeon or exit or use wheyshrine, all three effect it

i noticed it it week or 2 ago (started to monitor the issue), i haven't kept so good eye on it that i know when the number went up, but it goes down when (e mentioned it before), when i get in game number are lowers like in first pictures, well last few days i haven't, cause i already know there is a bug, its kind of random, randomly changes, numbers bigger

Get the addon Combat Log Statistics and see if your actual in game damage is changing. Try this against the same mobs so armor differences do not skew the results.

i have 2 meany adds already, don't want to cause issues, got my experience with skyrim + heard ppl having issues with ESO to with 2meany adds

also with NB i use cloak or i don't dam is same, but i morphed so that attacking in cloak is instant crit, with attack i get out of stealth/cloak & crit should tame effect then, but my dam is same like without it

bdw pvp is unbalanced, come on is it normal that sometimes i with lvl 30 char can beat vet 16 so easily (that's first sing of unbalance), also it has become fast baste, it makes DPS useless cause u need high dam to kill fast or ur dead, it should be like PVE where it takes bit time, it was like that before if i remember correctly

if lvl 50 vet 1 bets vet 16 then its normal cause 6 lvl's difference is not to large, it would be possible, but not so easy, NB mark Target seems to have no effect on my dam, dam i deal to debuffed enemy, same dam with & without it, not sure is Mark Target broken or is it just that increasing & decreasing Psy & spell resistant has no effect, like resistances are just numbers that don't matter, i mean resistance sys broken, 1 of them is broken/bugged, well when i put CP on Spell Shield & Light Armor focus or med armor focus or heavy armor focus that doesn't help neither

by looking at CP sys & this, at least resistances seems to have no effect, when i take points to spell shield or armor focus or if with NB i use mark target, dam to enemy is same, increasing numbers with CP or decreasing numbers with debuff there is no damage difference to enemy nor enemy dam to me, so the resistance sys seems broken to, that makes Mark target almost useless, almost cause after morph u can morph it to so enemy is still shown even in stealth, so just for pvp its usefull

Sometimes it doesn't update until you weapon swap. This is the case with magelight for instance.

Sometimes it doesn't update until you weapon swap. This is the case with magelight for instance.

i have swap wep no change, only changes entering or exiting dung & using wayshrine

talking about change back to lower numbers, & magelight/innerlight only changes spell dam not resistances when it comes to sorc
